Winter pick me up..

Over indulged at Christmas? Of course, its rude not too, now is the time to get some super foods back in our systems and get our batteries charged for the year ahead! Jamie Olivers NEW book – Everyday Super Food was a present from Father Christmas and its corker! Not only for great recipes but awesome imagery! Today we made this beauty – http://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/pork-recipes/healthy-cheese-corn-pancakes/ it was so yummy i was persuaded to get the camera out the bag and shoot it myself.. What do you think? Shot using a 50mm prime lens on f1.4. Simply stunning!
